You are responsible for all activity under your organization. Keep your owner credentials safe; you can transfer ownership to another member at any time.

Acceptable use

Use the platform for legitimate golf league and tournament management. Don't use it for fraud, abuse, or anything that violates law or third-party rights.

Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the billing period. We don't issue prorated refunds.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. For Enterprise customers we offer a written SLA — contact us.

Liability

The platform is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the most recent 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll notify owners by email of material changes.
