Questions about pricing
Is there a player limit?
No. Pricing is per club, per module — there's no seat cap. Add as many active players as your club has.
Are there setup fees?
No. Sign up, run your league. We charge monthly. Cancel any time from the customer portal.
Are there transaction fees on player payments?
There's a 3% pass-through fee on player payments (round dues, season dues, tee-time prepay, store purchases) that covers Stripe's ~2.9% + 30¢ processing. AmaTour takes no markup — your subscription is the only revenue we earn on you. Your club receives the full base amount; the fee is paid by the player at checkout.
Can I add or remove modules later?
Yes — anytime. Add the Country Club add-on mid-season, drop Tee Sheets in winter, whatever fits your operation. Prorated automatically from billing settings.
Do I have to pick a base module?
Yes — at least one of Men's League or Tee Sheets. Country Club is an add-on that requires a base. Most clubs run both bases plus the add-on if they're private; public courses tend to run Tee Sheets alone or Tee Sheets + League.
